Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation which has been scientifically proven to help improve sleep, mange pain, reduce stress, anxiety, depression and more. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra equals 4 hours of deep sleep.
Participants will lay comfortably on the floor as a they are guided through meditation.
