Self-Care for Caregivers

Are you the parent or a caregiver to a child battling cancer or another life-threatening disease? Join us for Release to Recharge, a mindfulness writing practice to release mental energy. Caregivers and humans alike spend so much time cleaning up our environments, our homes, workplace and our cars, but rarely take the time to clear up or release mental energy blocks. This is a 3-step writing practice that will allow caregivers to get clear on what’s blocking draining energy, how to release it, and then practices that support caregivers in recharging their energy. Caregivers will be provided with cozy blankets, hot beverages & snacks while being guided through energy writing practices and reflection/connection time.
